Parking situation is dire, with limited spaces available!!! expect long waits for the small elevators during busy times. Thin walls mean you’ll hear everything, which isn't ideal for getting a good night's sleep!!!

The breakfast options were quite good and satisfying.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Panoramica Garden was marred by several disappointing factors. The availability of parking was a significant issue. it was misleadingly advertised as ample but I struggled to find a spot, often having to park far away. the room we were assigned lacked the promised mountain view, leaving us feeling overlooked and disappointed as we were stuck in a ground-level unit with a view of parked cars.

The breakfast impressed with its variety and quality. The helpful staff provided complimentary transportation to nearby Puerto de la Cruz daily. parking was a significant challenge, and I didn’t receive the promised mountain view room. Future guests should inquire about parking in advance.

great location but parking can be tricky

The location of my room provided a fantastic mountain view that was breathtaking every morning. The daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, making my stay much more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, ensuring even picky eaters could find something delightful to start the day.

The stay was solid, great vibe from the staff, super friendly and kept our room pristine every day. Breakfast was a win too, lots of options to pick from, fruits and pastries got my mornings going. And having a balcony with that stunning ocean view was just the cherry on top!

The only downside was that the pool temperature was quite cold, making it tough to enjoy a swim during our stay, but it was December, so expected.

Just a great match for a brief stop-in in Los Realejos with fantastic value. The free bus to Puerto de la Cruz made exploring super easy during my stay. Ensure to check the shuttle times to avoid long waits.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. A fully equipped kitchen which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the mountain view from our balcony. it was stunning every morning. Just a note, the hot water could have been a bit warmer, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Rooms were generously sized and immaculate, featuring a kitchen area equipped with essential utensils, fridge, and kettle. Breakfast offered a fair selection, and while the hot food could be warmer, the continental options like fresh bread and pastries were delightful. The hotel's location offered a scenic coastal walk and easy access to a free bus service to Puerto de la Cruz.
